Qualifying Points & Show Registration

The Qualifying Point System for the World’s Championship Horse Show is available below. Each division will have tabs: Park, Show Pleasure (three-gaited, driving, five-gaited, and walk/trot 12 & Under), and Country Pleasure (three-gaited, driving, western, hunter).  Each division tab will have two (2) tabs or pages.  One tab lists the classes with the entries and points earned in the class, while the other tab/page is a numerical list based on the total points of horses in that division. 

The results have been tabulated from July 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024.  If you feel there is a discrepancy/inaccuracy in your horse’s total, please contact the show at horse.show@kyvenues.com or 502-367-5300 with proof of exhibiting and/or placing.  Please remember that the most important qualification is the minimum number of classes.  If you do not have the minimum of six (6) classes, you will not be eligible to show regardless of your point total.  While few classes revert to the points for qualifying, all entries must have the minimum number of six (6) classes in the correct division.  For the Walk & Trot Pleasure 12 & Under division, the horse must be exhibited in that class just as all other divisions must qualify in their entered division at the show.

Every show needs to be registered with the Kentucky State Fair Point System at least 30 (thirty) days before the show date with the schedule of classes.  Please note that no classes added to the prize list/schedule after registration is received will count for points.  Shows being held in January, February, and March will be accepted as soon as they are received by the KSF Point System.  The submission requirements are listed on this form but will include either a hard copy or an electronically attached copy of the prize list and results sent within ten (10) days after the show ends.  The show does not have to be registered with any other organization to be a qualifying show for points tabulation.
